Exactly a year ago, I made the conscious decision to get a technical running shoe, because obviously wearing a swoosh shoe with nary support does no justice to your ankles or feet, hence I got this. A year on, after clocking only 700km with it, I’m told I have to upgrade, otherwise it would be too much stress for my feet, since I’ve decided to die gloriously (by doing a full marathon).

So, I got this yesterday, when I went shopping with Mark. For he got himself a decent pair as well, away the NB army shoes!
